Dealing with small time Indian suppliers who have no established business credibility is FRAUGHT with difficulty. Indians ofen operate by making a pretence that they have a business and instead simply act as unofficial self-appointed 'agents' of other businesses. Recomendation:
DO NOT deal with inexperienced, unknown suppliers who have no credibility.
Reach your supplier through proper methods. Try 'Alibaba' or one of the Indian supply channels on the net.
Obtain all detail of the company you deal with.
Never accept less than an outfit that at least has a website that is OBVIOUSLY genuine. MANY Indian business websites are hollow and are shams.
If you really must deal with someone who lives in a tiny apartment with no business name, company, corporate structure, established credibility then I wish you the jolly best of luck.
