Default e-book copyright?

Is there any way to ensure that the information i make on my e-book can't be copied? Is a simple copyright and disclaimer enough? And also, where would I go to get copyrights to an e-book? Is that a special circumstance?

Thanks

When creating the ebook there are some way that you can protect it from being copied etc. You might contact Ellen over at Create a Splash and see if she has some suggestions as well.

Once you create your ebook, it is a tangible product and therefore copyrighted. However, it is always a good idea to register your ebook with the US Copyright Office. This will protect you in the case of an infringement lawsuit.
