Hi everyone, I am here to get some good tips on how to manage an efficient atmosphere in my company. I have a work force of around 150 employees and there seems to be something lacking. There is not a proper co-ordination among the jobs that go on and there is something missing. I want to have an atmosphere where each employee works to his capability with good support from others. I hope to get good management tips from you people so that I can make things good at my place.

Having a good management skill is a key factor in making the team work at their best. If you don’t manage a team well, then you don’t deserve to be the leader. Some of the tips that I would like to tell you are that:

Tell People What You Want, Not How To Do It.
Manage the function, not the paperwork.
Train Your Supervisors
A good boss gives feedback.

These are just some of the few tips that I fell are a key factor for improvement. My guess is your not spending as much time in the business as perhaps you once did, "when the cat's away, the mice will play". Look at management and how they respond to the problem. I will bet they don't even see a problem.

You should give some more emphasis on teamwork. More minds equal better ideas. People need to feel and be a part of the process together. Community is key to fostering positive results. Employees should aware of that you see and hear them and that their contributions are vital. If they don't feel valued, they will start to retreat and that's when lack of concern can set in.

Ahoy! As promised, I'm dropping my gardening experience with the hydroponics system I bought from Dealzer.com. Greatest gardening supply store on earth!
