i know the domestic market is sort of destroyed by orbitz/priceline, but
international tickets seem to be still mostly human agent-based. any

Not that I know anything about the travel business but I do not think orbitz or priceline have a cap on anything. I have done some traveling and vacationing myself and tried using their service. They are always more expensive. I think Orbitz and priceline are good for the lazy comsumer who doesn't feel like shopping around. If you can offer better prices I am sure being a travel agent can be a lucrative career. However I think it would be more beneficial to be on a more personal localized travel agent rather a vast website.
